OUR PROGRAMMES

The Forge

The Forge is for early-stage startups who are about to launch their product. The programme takes place three times a year — in the Spring, Winter, and Fall.

The structure of the programme is based on what early-stage tech founders are usually most struggling with (but don't yet realise).

WEEK 1

Personal development and soft skills

WEEK 2

Fundamentals (team, KPI's, focus)

WEEK 3

Customers (sales, marketing, PR...)

WEEK 4

Back office (culture, internal plans, funding)

AIM
Help first-time growth company founders avoid repeating the most common mistakes, so the whole region improves.
FORMAT & DURATION
This is a 3.5-week programme consisting of an intense mix of workshops, 1on1 meetings and hands-on work, taking approximately 20 hours each week.
COACH PROFILE
Founders or early-stage employees with 3+ years of experience.
NOTE
Week 1 may sometimes be done at the end of the program.
LOCATION
The programme takes place at Startup Sauna in Espoo, Finland (this can change depending on global situations).

After the programme, there are regular follow-ups via video calls to ensure progress and that appropriate help can be offered at the right time.

The story behind

With our name being inspired by a story in which one of the central characters is a smith, we decided we need a name that would inspire and help people understand what is happening.

At the heart of every smith's workshop is the place where through hard work, they begin to forge their creations into a reality.

This place is the forge.
