THE STORY BEHIND
One way that Sampo is translated into English is to describe it as a mill.
As a startup starts to acquire customers (i.e. real traction), this means the team will start to grow. This increase in size has many different effects.
When we thought of what is happening to the founders who have reached this stage, we saw the possibility that they will have been ground down.
The action of the mill helps separate the grain (which is what is the main product) from the husk (not very useful).
The aim is to aid founders to understand what they need to consider to become more valuable.
